There are two ways to create a booklet using Google Docs in Google Drive: You can download and customize a template from the Template Gallery or you can make one from scratch. If you decide to do the latter, deciding where to place text, graphics and other objects can be a challenge. You can insert a table of three columns on the page to act as a guide for your booklet with three folds.
Using a model
Sign in to Google Drive. Click Create and then select Document option. Select the File menu, then select New and choose preferred Template design.
Type the word brochure in the search box section and then click on Search templates option. Correspondingly, access the Google Docs Template Gallery option and look for a booklet model option in the result.
press the Use this template option to select a preferred template and open as a new document in Google Drive.
Customize the model by replacing the sample text with your own and inserting images or other content by selecting the "Insert" menu, choosing the type of object and finding the content you want to use.
Print the booklet using the printer's duplex printing settings. Google Drive saves your new document automatically.
Use of a table
Sign in to Google Drive. Click on "Create" and select "Document."
Select the File from the menu and choose the Page Setup option then click the Landscape option and click OK to continue.
